The glass is wrapped on every edge with custom-cut foam, with full-face foam front and back so the surface can't flex or scuff, then packed in a reinforced carton, strapped and labelled fragile / this-way-up for safe handling in transit.

Returns & warranty
30-day returns on unused, undamaged mirrors — return shipping is covered for defects and the restocking fee is waived. Custom Studio (made-to-order) sizes are non-returnable. Every mirror is backed by a 1-year warranty covering the LED, dimmer and touch-panel components, with replacement parts shipped from our Vermont, USA warehouse.
If it arrives damaged
Our mirrors are heavy and fragile — we recommend being present on delivery to inspect the package. If anything arrives damaged or chipped, there's no need to return it: send a photo within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement or solution. You're never out of pocket.
Easy to install
LED Lighted mirrors are easy to install on your own. Additionally, the mirror will connect to your home's wiring through your 110V plug-in from the back of the mirror. You can contact a professional electrician in your area if you need help installing the wiring.

Most TACOVICI mirrors are designed for standard hard-wired 120V installation. The kit includes a mounting bracket and paper template. We recommend a licensed electrician for the final wiring step — it is a 30–45 minute job for a pro.
Every TACOVICI mirror is covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in the LED panel, dimmer, touch controls, and defogger element. Replacement parts ship from our Vermont, USA warehouse. Cosmetic damage from installation is not covered.
Yes — we offer 30-day returns on unused, undamaged mirrors. Return shipping is covered for manufacturer defects. Custom Studio orders (made-to-order sizes) are non-returnable. Visit our contact page to start a return.
Most TACOVICI smart mirrors offer a 3-color LED — warm (3000K), neutral (4000K), and daylight (6000K) — with smooth touch-panel dimming. The Studio series adds full tunable white (2700K–6500K).

A few rules of thumb
- Mirror width is typically 2–4 inches narrower than the vanity on each side.
- Hang the mirror 5–10 inches above the vanity countertop.
- For double sinks, you can either install two smaller mirrors (one over each sink) or a single wide mirror above both.
