Damaged Shipment/Freight Claim Instructions

A damaged order? Don’t worry—we’re here to help!


In case of a damaged order/delivery, please do not worry! We ship all orders insured!

All you have to do is file a damage report and take several pictures within two business days after delivery.

Please read the instructions carefully! Because the insurance company may reject any claims that do not include enough damaged package pictures and product pictures or late filing.





Please consider: 


  • We do not deliver your mirror via our shipping, and for delivery, we have to rely on the care of a third party.
  • A bathroom mirror is a highly breakable (glass) product.
  • Despite our reasonable care and excellent packaging, an average of 1 out of every 200 orders arrives damaged!
  • Although there is only a 0.5% chance of receiving a damaged order, it is always possible that you are number 200.
  • If you are number 200, we fully understand the disappointment and will do anything to help you!




Accept delivery: 


if you see visual damage on the outside of our packaging or you hear the broken mirror glass inside the package, please accept delivery and do not reject it with a return to us. Because returning it to us will cause a six to thirteen weeks extra delay before we can handle your claim.

 





Damaged Shipment/Freight Claim Instructions 

To file your claim properly, follow these instructions below:

  1. Take a picture of the package showing "Fragile" warning tape. (if applied)
  2. Take a close picture of the barcode/address label on the package. Barcode and address must be readable in the picture.
  3. If there is any visual damage on the outside package, take a detailed picture.
  4. Open the package by taking off carefully and taking detailed pictures of the broken mirror. Internal and external package/product pictures must be taken.
  5. Compose a new email to:
    sales@ledlightmirrors.com
  6. As a subject, enter "Damaged order/delivery"
  7. Name and Order number and describe the situation briefly and let us know if you are asking replacement mirror or a full refund you.
  8. Attach all pictures taken
