What shipping methods are available?
We offer complimentary UPS Ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Expedited 2-day and overnight delivery options are available at checkout for an additional fee, and every mirror ships fully insured with required signature confirmation.
How do I place an order?
Select your preferred Tacovici mirror series, choose the size and mounting orientation that suits your space, then add the item to cart. At checkout you can confirm delivery details, select a shipping method, and complete payment via our secure gateway. Trade and hospitality clients can also email support@tacovici.com for volume quotes.
How long will it take to get my package?
Orders leave our warehouse within 2 to 3 business days. Standard ground delivery arrives within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location, while expedited shipments arrive in 1 to 2 business days after dispatch. International deliveries typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days and may be subject to local customs processing.
Where are your products sent from?
All Tacovici LED mirrors ship directly from our climate-controlled fulfillment center, where each unit is inspected, tested, and packed in protective foam crates. We partner with trusted carriers worldwide to ensure safe delivery to residential, commercial, and hospitality addresses.
How to change or modify billing address?
You can update your billing details from the account dashboard under “Addresses.” If your order has already been placed, contact support@tacovici.com or use live chat within 2 hours so we can amend the information before the shipment is processed.
Why can’t I log into my account?
Double-check that you are using the email address you registered with and that your password is entered correctly. If you still cannot access the portal, use the “Forgot password” link to reset your credentials or contact our support team so we can verify your account and restore access.
