Returns & warranty

30-day returns on unused, undamaged mirrors — return shipping is covered for defects and the restocking fee is waived. Custom Studio (made-to-order) sizes are non-returnable. Every mirror is backed by a 2-year warranty covering the LED, dimmer and touch-panel components, with replacement parts shipped from our Vermont, USA warehouse.

If it arrives damaged

Our mirrors are heavy and fragile — we recommend being present on delivery to inspect the package. If anything arrives damaged or chipped, there's no need to return it: send a photo within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement or solution. You're never out of pocket.

LED Lighted mirrors are easy to install on your own. Additionally, the mirror will connect to your home's wiring through your 110V plug-in from the back of the mirror. You can contact a professional electrician in your area if you need help installing the wiring.

Configure the Mirror

Short press lighting button within one second (1s) to turn on or off the light. Long press the light button for more than one second (1s) to activate the dimmer function. Energy saving for anti-fog by separate button control. Connected with WiseMirror App, you can get the network real-time weather forecast.

This feature can easily match the weather module of the mirror with the exclusive Wisemirror App, such as connecting the WiFi router, setting the local area and temperature unit, and can also check and see the real-time indoor temperature on the wisemirror app.
