Returns & warranty
30-day returns on unused, undamaged mirrors — return shipping is covered for defects and the restocking fee is waived. Custom Studio (made-to-order) sizes are non-returnable. Every mirror is backed by a 2-year warranty covering the LED, dimmer and touch-panel components, with replacement parts shipped from our Vermont, USA warehouse.
If it arrives damaged
Our mirrors are heavy and fragile — we recommend being present on delivery to inspect the package. If anything arrives damaged or chipped, there's no need to return it: send a photo within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement or solution. You're never out of pocket.
Easy to install
LED Lighted mirrors are easy to install on your own. Additionally, the mirror will connect to your home's wiring through your 110V plug-in from the back of the mirror. You can contact a professional electrician in your area if you need help installing the wiring.

Most TACOVICI mirrors are designed for standard hard-wired 120V installation. The kit includes a mounting bracket and paper template. We recommend a licensed electrician for the final wiring step — it is a 30–45 minute job for a pro.
Every TACOVICI mirror is covered by a 2-year warranty against defects in the LED panel, dimmer, touch controls, and defogger element. Replacement parts ship from our Vermont, USA warehouse. Cosmetic damage from installation is not covered.

Most TACOVICI smart mirrors offer a 3-color LED — warm (3000K), neutral (4000K), and daylight (6000K) — with smooth touch-panel dimming. The Studio series adds full tunable white (2700K–6500K).

Nice product. Soft lighting and magnifier to avoid shadows when ladies apply makeup. I wired the cabinet to the overhead light fixture and the cabinet only gets power when the entry light switch is on.

This is a very nice robust mirror but the lights are NOT very bright at all. I guess it is adequate for general usage but not as a primary light source. You will need to install another room light for sure!!! Now I want to address the instructions and product description.....IT IS HORRIBLE!! They need to do a better job....looks like pages were missing from the package, the important info too...lol!!! The overall mirror is nice, comes with nice thick glass shelves and it does have a black cord and 115v plug that should be a 90 deg!! You will need an electrician to help with this unless your DIY kinda person such as myself. Once you figure out all the mirrors secrets it is not to bad to install. I do recommend this if you need a surface mounted medice cabinet and your bathroom is accented in matte black. Overall it is a little pricey but worth it oh and customer service here is top notch, they really respond very fast and have been very accomodating!!
